Visit the property to evaluate the shoreline, water depth, access, and dock location.

Take detailed measurements and document existing site conditions.

Create a custom CAD drawing showing the proposed dock layout, dimensions, and features.

Review the design with the client and make any requested revisions.

Provide a detailed project estimate and construction agreement.

Assist with permitting and required approvals when applicable.

Order materials and schedule fabrication.

Fabricate the dock frame and components to the approved design.

Prepare the property and coordinate delivery by land or water.

Install and secure the dock, anchoring system, decking, and flotation.

Add selected features such as boat lifts, swim platforms, ladders, bumpers, lighting, and accessories.

Complete a thorough quality and safety inspection.

Walk through the finished dock with the client and explain proper care and maintenance.
